We're sad on behalf of the beagles that will be bred and sold to laboratories that the judge dismissed CFI's case but this was to be expected as dog runs are not mandatory so the case was regrettably flawed.
The only way to stop B&K universal and animals used in labs is to expose the scientific truth with evidence that beagles (and other animals) don't predict for the human response in medical research.
It's a shame large anti-vivisection organisations like CFI, NAVS, and PETA don't collaborate together with us to force the scientific debate we campaign for in order to expose this truth. We appeal to these organisations to use the proven scientific invalidity of animal experiments as the only effective way of stopping B&K Universal.
